2012 Club Calendar Competition - Enter Your Photo

Love taking photos or just managed to get that fluke shot?........

Enter your favourite photo taken on a club trip. This might be a picture of your favourite destination, a photo of our 4WD's doing what they do best or a wonderful campfire at the end of a long day. Whatever you choose, we want to see it!

Baysiders Off-Roaders Club is producing a calendar featuring photographs taken by club members for 2012. Profits from this project will be donated to the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS).

Photographs must be taken on a club trip between 1st July 2010 and 25th September 2011. See the Rules and Conditions of Entry for more information.

Where the main focus of an image being entered is on a person under the age of 18, a signed Parent Consent Form must be supplied as part of the entry. This completed form must be completed and returned to the Calendar Co-ordinator prior to photograph being displayed for voting.

To enter your photos complete the entry form below and attach your photo. Click the submit button to send your entry. If your photo file is large this may take some time to complete. Don't Panic! Once your photo has been received you will see a confirmation message. If there are any problems with your entry you will be notified.

Last Day for entry is 25 September 2011

Thirteen winning photographs will be chosen uising popular vote by club members between 1st October 2011 and 23rd October 2011. The photograph voted most popular will be used for the cover page of the calendar.

Once entries close the photos that you have submitted will be displayed on this website for all to see and Club members will be asked to select their favourite photos. The winning phototographers will be notified by email and announced on the club website on 31 October.

Cost

The calendars will cost $20.00 each and will include all important club dates (e.g. General meetings, Corroborree, Christmas party, etc.). They will be available for sale at the November meeting and pre-orders will be accepted from the August meeting. A $5.00 deposit will be required for each calendar pre-ordered.
